Essence Music Festival July 5 – 8, 2019!!!

If you’ve watched Girls Trip, then you know Essence Music Festival is an event that you wouldn’t want to miss!!! Miss Airports and Passports is partnering with Top Notch Shuttle to coordinate travel arrangements from Alachua County and surrounding areas to the Big Easy!!! Read below for more information on transportation and lodging, and check back regularly for hotel updates!! If you plan to stroll the streets of Bourbon with your crew, complete the form at the bottom of the page, and I will reach out to you. Everyone must complete the form, even if you are sharing a room with others. If you are sharing a room and the reservation is not in your name, select “shared room” for the hotel package, and specify in the notes whose name the reservation is under.

Update: As of Nov. 4, 2019, hotel rates have increased. The rates below have been updated to reflect this increase. 

Transportation: 

The transportation package is per person and will include round-trip transportation to and from New Orleans. You don’t have to worry yourselves with reserving a rental, gas, mileage, or parking. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. Oh, did I mention that flights are currently $399 and include a layover?! Ugh. Layovers are no fun unless they’re extensive layovers in different countries!!

• Ocala/Gainesville – $175 ($87.50 due January 5 and remaining due June 5th)
• Tallahassee – $150 ($75 due January 5 and remaining balance due June 5th)

Concert Tickets: 

The 3-day package is currently available for purchase and ranges in price from $189 – $390. If you are interested in purchasing individual tickets, they are not yet available. I will update the information as soon as I receive it.
